Howard M. Erichson is a full-time Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law since 2008, with prior appointments at Seton Hall University School of Law (1995-2008). He is a leading scholar in Civil Procedure, Complex Litigation, and Mass Dispute Resolution, focusing on class actions, settlements, and judicial oversight.
