Howard Bell is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Law and Justice, Charles Sturt University. He serves as a principal lawyer with the NSW Department of Customer Service specializing in regulatory legal practice and administrative law, while concurrently holding the rank of Major in the Australian Army Reserve with operational deployment experience in East Timor.
