Jennifer Hartley is a Lecturer in Law at Charles Sturt University's Centre for Law and Justice. She serves as Course Director (Law) and teaches in both the Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Laws programs. Her work bridges legal practice and education, focusing on structural injustices in the criminal justice system and Indigenous legal issues.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practise from the College of Law, Sydney. She is a registered solicitor with the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.
