Hooman Hefzi

Hooman Hefzi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Biomedicine, Technical University of Denmark. His research focuses on genome editing, metabolic engineering, and mammalian cell engineering, particularly using CRISPR technologies to enhance Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell productivity for biopharmaceutical protein production. He leads collaborative projects in bioengineering and supervises PhD students in cutting-edge research.
