Holly Patty is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL), serving as a Course Manager for its graduate programs. She leads a team of tax experts at Intuit and has developed on-demand training modules. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and specializes in Taxation, Estate Planning, and Business Planning.
Education: B.A. in Jurisprudence (2005, University of Baltimore), J.D. (2010, Barry University School of Law), LL.M. (2013, TJSL), and Diploma of Expertise in US Taxation (2013, TJSL).
Research interests include Civil Tax Procedure, Taxation of Investments, and International Taxation. Formerly a member of the D.R. Smith American Inns of Court.
