Hoda Kamel is an Assistant Professor at the W Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology, McMaster University, since July 2021. She teaches courses in the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Business and Management program, including Fundamentals of Marketing, Human Resources, and Management Principles.

Her research and teaching focus on integrating technical product management, leadership, and teambuilding within engineering contexts. Prior to her faculty role, she gained 15 years of industry experience as a Product Manager and Marketing professional in high-tech companies, while also running her own Training and Development business.
Hoda is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario and a True Colors® Elite Certified Facilitator, specializing in corporate training and development workshops.
