Hinke Endedijk is Assistant Professor in Educational Sciences at Leiden University. Her research focuses on inclusive education, particularly teacher competencies in addressing behavioral challenges through adaptive instruction and relationship-building.
Her work examines how teachers interpret student behaviors, identify educational needs, and implement differentiated supports while managing classroom dynamics. Current projects investigate teacher-student interactions, peer relationships in inclusive settings, and executive function development.
She employs mixed-method approaches including classroom observations, interviews, and intervention studies to bridge educational practice with developmental psychology and cognitive science.
