Hester van der Kaaij is an Assistant Professor (part-time) at Maastricht University's Faculty of Law, Department of Private Law. She serves as year coordinator for the second year of the Dutch Law Bachelor program and teaches Dutch Civil Procedural Law at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Concurrently, she practices law at LexQuire Tax&Law LLP specializing in civil procedure and liability cases, particularly class actions.
