Prof. Dr. Heribert Hirte, LL.M. (Berkeley) is a Professor of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, and Business Law at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Law. His research focuses on commercial law, corporate law, insolvency law, capital market law, and comparative law.
