Henry Lane is a Professor at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, specializing in global strategic management and organizational learning. He served as Acting Dean from 2011–2012 and holds DBA, MBA, and BS degrees from Harvard Business School, Boston College, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, respectively.
His research focuses on cross-cultural management, global leadership, and managing organizational change. He has authored key texts such as International Management Behavior and contributed to journals like the Academy of Management Review. Lane is a certified MBTI Master Practitioner and teaches in executive and MBA programs worldwide. His awards include the 2009 Academy of Management Review Decade Award and the 2009 Outstanding Educator Award.
He has presented globally on topics like virtual classroom integration and pedagogical innovation in management education. Lane maintains active roles in professional organizations including the Academy of International Business and serves as a consultant for corporate and academic institutions.
