Carol Lee

Carol Lee is a Professor in the Department of Supply Chain & Information Management at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. With a PhD in Information Systems for Data Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, she bridges academia and industry through her research on business analytics, social media impacts, and decision models. Her industry background includes a role as Assistant Vice President at Citigroup.

Her research focuses on leveraging data-driven approaches to address organizational and societal challenges, including coastal resilience through machine learning applications. She actively contributes to the Association of Information Systems (AIS), serving as founding Vice President of the Doctoral Student College and track chair for the Global Interdisciplinary Green Cities Conference.

Lee has presented at leading conferences like the Academy of Management and International Conference on Information Systems.
