Mr. Henry Ardern is a Clinical Skills Teacher (Simulation) at the University of Salford's School of Health & Society. His roles include teaching simulation and clinical skills to nursing students and facilitating medical education. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Adult Nursing (2011–2014) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing (2018–2019).

With over a decade of clinical experience, including 7 years in critical care units across Greater Manchester, Mr. Ardern transitioned into simulation-based education. He developed and organized simulation scenarios for medical and nursing staff, integrating simulation into hospital nursing education programs. He also contributed to nationally accredited courses and expanded his department's simulation training remit. Currently, he is preparing to pursue formal teaching qualifications post-academic probation.
