Mrs. Colleen Bolks serves as an Instructor of Clinical Nursing at DeSales University's School of Nursing, supporting students in clinical/simulation training and NCLEX preparation while acting as faculty counselor for the Mu Omicron Nursing Honor Society (DeSales' Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau).
Her academic credentials include a BS in Biopharmaceutical Engineering from Lehigh University (minor in Health and Human Development), a BSN, and an MSN as Clinical Nurse Specialist—all from DeSales University—with national certifications in Emergency RN (CEN), ENPC, and ATCN.
Specializing in emergency/trauma nursing education, Mrs. Bolks integrates 15+ years of frontline clinical experience into student mentorship, emphasizing high-acuity care scenarios and preceptorship excellence recognized by the Friends of Nursing award.
