Nichole L. Hartman serves as Assistant Professor and Advanced Practice Simulation Faculty at DeSales University's College of Healthcare Professions. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).

She has served as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students for 15 years and advises DNP students on scholarly projects.
