Henning Schulzrinne is a Professor at Columbia University in the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, affiliated with the Internet Real-Time Laboratory (IRT), Center for Advanced Telecommunications (CATT), and Center for Advanced Information Management (CAIM). He holds the Julian Clarence Levi Professorship of Mathematical Methods and Computer Science and has served in leadership roles such as Department Chair and Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
