Dr. Helen Trouille is a Senior Lecturer at Bangor University, affiliated with the School of History, Law and Social Sciences. She joined the university in January 2023, specializing in international criminal law and post-conflict justice, particularly in East Africa. Her expertise includes transitional justice, regional integration, and legal systems analysis. She is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in French legal contexts and interpretation.
