Helen Ofosu is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Carleton University, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Windsor. With over 20 years of experience as an I/O Psychologist and Business Psychologist, she serves individuals and organizations across private, public, and non-profit sectors through her consultancy firm, I/O Advisory Services Inc., which she founded in 2012.
Her professional work includes career counseling, executive coaching, HR strategy development, leadership assessments, and addressing workplace challenges such as diversity/inclusion initiatives and bullying/harassment.
