Anna Marie Valerio is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University's Graduate Program in I/O Psychology. She is also President of Executive Leadership Strategies, specializing in women's leadership and inclusion. Her expertise spans executive coaching, talent management, and organizational development. Dr. Valerio holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from The City University of New York and is a licensed psychologist.
Research & Publications: Her work focuses on inclusion, hidden biases in talent identification, and women's leadership. She has published in Harvard Business Review, HR People + Strategy Journal, and Forbes.com, among others. Her article Wherefore Art Thou All Our Women High-Potentials? won the HRP+S Walker Award (2018).
