Sasha Zolley is an Adjunct Professor at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, specializing in leadership development and executive coaching. With over a decade at McKinsey & Company, she led global initiatives for organizational cultural transformations and talent development through immersive programs on adaptability, inclusive leadership, and hybrid team management. Her diverse teaching background spans universities, nonprofits, refugee camps, and correctional facilities, covering subjects like economics, strategy, legal research, and foundational law.
Her research interests focus on human-centered leadership, talent development at scale, and navigating uncertainty through principled decision-making. She teaches courses such as Professional Responsibility and contributes to the Business and Society Program at Stern.
