Helen Frost serves as a Research Fellow at the Advanced Care Research Centre (ACRC) within the Usher Institute, part of the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at The University of Edinburgh. Her work contributes to the ACRC's interdisciplinary research program focused on improving care provision for individuals living with multiple conditions in later life.
The ACRC represents a major interdisciplinary collaboration combining expertise from medicine, care professions, engineering, informatics, data science, and social sciences. Helen's research aligns with the center's vision to enhance quality of life, dignity, and independence for aging populations while addressing systemic inequalities in care provision. The center operates as a partnership between The University of Edinburgh, Newcastle University, and University College London, with significant funding from Legal and General.
