Dr. Helen Bailey is a Senior Research Fellow at Curtin Medical School within the Faculty of Health Sciences at Curtin University. She specializes in perinatal epidemiology, particularly focusing on Aboriginal health and reducing health inequities. Her current role includes co-leading an NHMRC-funded project addressing stillbirth disparities between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal births in Western Australia. Previously, she held positions at Telethon Kids Institute, INSERM (Paris), and IARC (Lyon).
