Heike Pfau is an Assistant Professor of Physics at the Pennsylvania State University, affiliated with the Department of Physics within the Eberly College of Science. Her research focuses on strongly correlated electronic materials, employing techniques like angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) to study phenomena such as heavy fermion behavior, unconventional superconductivity, and quantum criticality. She holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University Dresden and Max-Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids (2015), and a Diploma in Physics from TU Dresden (2010).
