Heather He is a Lecturer in Data Science/Analytics at the Bangor Business School, Bangor University. She actively supervises PhD students and contributes to research in retail investing, FinTech, and sustainable business analytics.
Research Interests:
- Retail Investing & Financial Inclusion: Examines retail investor behavior, cognitive biases, and FinTech’s role in democratizing financial access.
- Advanced News Analytics: Develops predictive models linking media sentiment to corporate governance and market dynamics.
- Sustainable Analytics: Focuses on ESG standards and data science applications for SME sustainability.
