Heather Dunn is an Associate Lecturer and PhD Candidate at Sheffield Hallam University's Sheffield Institute of Social Sciences. With extensive experience in NHS roles spanning administration, finance, and nursing, her academic journey includes a BSc in Psychology (2008) and MSc in Health Psychology (2010) from Sheffield Hallam University.
Her research focuses on health psychology with particular emphasis on:
- Long-term care delivery in older adults' nursing homes
- Psychological health of vulnerable populations
- Critical health psychology frameworks
- Qualitative methodologies including ethnography, photo voice, and discourse analysis
