Heather Baum is a Professor of Law at Villanova University School of Law, where she serves as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of the Duane Morris LLP Legal Writing Program, and Director of the joint JD-MPA Program. She teaches foundational courses in Legal Research, Analysis, Writing, and Communication, as well as advanced intergroup dialogue seminars.

- Associate in the litigation department at Fox Rothschild LLP
- Consumer regulatory compliance attorney at Blank Rome LLP
Professional Involvement:
- Member of the Legal Writing Institute (LWI) Pro Bono and Bar Outreach Committee
- Former co-editor-in-chief of The Second Draft, LWI's online publication
Research Interests: Focus on intergroup dialogue pedagogy, character development in law students, and the impact of artificial intelligence on legal skills education and practice. She also explores structural barriers to gender equity in law schools.
