Hayley Carr is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Lead at the University of Bolton's School of Nursing and Midwifery. She obtained her BSc in Children's Nursing (2012), PGDip in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (2013), and MSc with distinction from the same institution. Her professional credentials include V100 non-medical prescribing qualification, NMC teacher registration, and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
Her research focuses on infant mental health and public health, informed by her clinical background as a Health Visitor. She aims to advance evidence-based practice in nursing education and community health interventions.
