Haritha Malladi is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Director of First-Year Engineering at the University of Delaware. She holds a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Warangal (India), and M.S./Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU). Her research focuses on sustainability in infrastructure, transportation engineering education, and innovative teaching methods. She previously served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Lafayette College and conducted postdoctoral research at NCSU on pavement preservation techniques funded by NCDOT.
