Hardeep Singh, M.D., M.P.H. is a Professor in the Department of Medicine - Health Services Research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He serves as Co-Chief of Health Policy, Quality and Informatics at the Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety (IQuESt) at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Department of Veteran Affairs, and as Director of the Diagnosis Improvement Safety Center (DISCovery).
