Ashley N.D. Meyer, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. She serves as Co-Director of the VA Patient Safety Center of Inquiry- Diagnosis Improvement Safety Center (DISCovery) and works within the Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety (IQuESt).
