Hans-Ulrich Weidemann is a Professor of New Testament at the Faculty of Catholic Theology, University of Siegen. He specializes in Biblical Didactics, Gender Studies, and Masculinity Studies, with a focus on New Testament hermeneutics and early Christian history. Since 2016, he has contributed to the state program for gender-equitable universities through his work in Historical Masculinity Studies.
