Hannah Klöber is a Researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Cologne, affiliated with the Department of Chinese Legal Culture. She focuses on Chinese administrative law, with current research on the proportionality principle in this field. Her work intersects legal technology and public policy, particularly through projects on China’s Smart Courts and Social Credit Systems. She holds BA and MA degrees in Regional Studies (China) from the University of Cologne, complemented by undergraduate legal studies at its Faculty of Law.
