Hanna Larsson is a full-time doctoral candidate and researcher at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. She is affiliated with the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law and focuses her research on procedural law, particularly the division of roles and communication between parties and judges in commercial litigation. Her work examines how the right to a fair trial under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union influence Swedish commercial litigation practices.
