Hang Yu

Hang Yu is an Assistant Professor of Physics at Montana State University affiliated with the College of Letters & Science. His research spans theoretical and experimental gravitational-wave astrophysics, focusing on tidal interactions in compact binaries, LIGO instrumentation, and machine learning applications. He holds a Ph.D. from MIT (2019) and B.S. from Johns Hopkins University (2014).
