Hallie Neupert is a Professor and Department Chair of the Management Department at Oregon Institute of Technology, where she has served since 1999. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College, an M.S. in Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Arizona, and a graduate certificate in Community and Economic Development from Pennsylvania State University.

Her 2018-2019 sabbatical in Leiden, Netherlands focused on international models of university-community development partnerships.
