Dr. Haiqin Ning is a Researcher at the Department of Education and Psychology, Freie Universität Berlin, and an operational coordinator for the BMBF joint project GeLeGanz. Her work focuses on extended education, reference societies, and postcolonial perspectives in Germany-China comparative studies.

Research areas include all-day schooling, qualitative content analysis, and educational equity for migrant children. Recent publications address international frameworks for extended education quality, Germany-China policy borrowing, and postcolonial media discourses on PISA.
