Gunnar Horn is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer affiliated with the University of Agder (UiA), holding a prominent role within the School of Fine Arts. His academic background includes degrees in French, Norwegian, and Theatre Studies from institutions such as the University of Oslo (UiO) and the University of Bergen (UiB). He has extensive experience in artistic performance, having led professional theatre groups like Abrakadabra Theatre and The Storyteller Factory, delivering over 600 performances. His administrative roles include Dean of the School of Fine Arts (2004–2011), Head of the Pedagogical Development Center (2011–2019), and involvement in national educational framework planning. His research focuses on storytelling, ICT-supported learning, and pedagogical practices in higher education.
