Dr. Guiseppe Getto serves as Associate Professor of Human-Centered Information Design and Technology in Mercer University's School of Engineering, where he directs the M.S. in Technical Communication Management program. Joined Mercer in 2022 after faculty positions at East Carolina University, his work integrates user experience design, content strategy, and artificial intelligence to empower community-driven organizational improvement through participatory methods.
