Gudrun B. Keding

Gudrun B. Keding holds the Professorship for International Food Security at the Institute of Nutritional Science within the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Nutritional Sciences and Environmental Management at Justus-Liebig University Giessen. Her work focuses on transforming food systems for sustainability, particularly in countries of the global South.

Her research interests include

• Linking dietary diversity with agrobiodiversity and nutrition-sensitive value chains
• Food-based guidelines integrating sustainability aspects
• Addressing malnutrition in all its forms through systemic approaches
