Greg Peters is Professor of Medieval and Spiritual Theology at Biola University’s Torrey Honors College, with additional roles as Servants of Christ Research Professor of Monastic Studies and Ascetical Theology at Nashotah House Theological Seminary and Research Associate at the Von Hügel Institute, University of Cambridge. His scholarship bridges monastic traditions with contemporary Christian spirituality, emphasizing their relevance across denominations.
With degrees from Pontificio Ateneo di Sant’Anselmo, the University of Toronto, Dallas Theological Seminary, and Philadelphia College of Bible, Peters integrates historical and theological rigor into his work. His research focuses on the monastic call of every Christian, spiritual formation, Anglican history, and ascetical theology, drawing connections between early church practices and modern faith.
