Grace Kim is a Lecturer in the Department of Hospitality Administration at the University of Houston's College of Global Hospitality Leadership. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration while teaching Human Resources Management courses.

Her operational background includes store turnarounds exceeding $800,000 in same-store sales, pandemic-era management responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration with franchisees, vendors, and IT teams.
