Gloria Penn Thomas is a Professor at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. Her research focuses on relationship marketing, trust and commitment, relational communication, and conversational memory. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Temple University and a BA in Mathematics and Art History from Wellesley College.

Her research spans marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and interpersonal communication, with a particular emphasis on how relational dynamics influence business outcomes. Recent work explores temporal decision-making and multichannel strategic alignment.
