Gizem Ceylan is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Max M. Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. Her research bridges experimental and computational methods to analyze consumer information-sharing behaviors on social platforms and design interventions for healthier, more sustainable food choices.

Her work examines how algorithmic reward systems perpetuate misinformation sharing, with findings highlighted in Forbes, The Conversation, and PNAS. She previously held leadership roles in consumer insights at Procter & Gamble and Estee Lauder Companies, managing product categories across four continents.
