Giuseppina Martella is a Professor at UniCamillus, holding Eligible Professorship RANK II in Physiology since 2019 and Comparative Anatomy and Cytology since 2017. She is a Senior Researcher at Fondazione Santa Lucia IRCCS, focusing on movement and psychiatric disorders. Her research expertise includes neurophysiology, synaptic plasticity, basal ganglia circuitry, and translational biomedical research. She has authored over 60 peer-reviewed papers (H-index 30) and serves on editorial boards of NeuroSci Journal (MDPI) and Parkinson’s Disease Journal (Hindawi), among others.
