Giselle Bosse

Prof. Giselle Bosse is a Full Professor of EU External Democracy Support and Jean Monnet Chair in EU Foreign Policy at Maastricht University's Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. She specializes in EU external policies toward post-Soviet states, democracy promotion, and the European Neighborhood Policy. Her work examines the EU's role in advancing human rights, rule of law, and democratic governance in regions like the Eastern Partnership. She holds a PhD from Aberystwyth University and an MA from the College of Europe (Natolin).
