Gina Bekker is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law at Monash University, specializing in human rights law. She supervises clinical legal education through the Castan Centre Human Rights Clinic, guiding students in real-world advocacy. With academic appointments across Australia, Egypt, South Africa, and the UK, she combines teaching excellence with practical legal experience.
