Gillian Leng

Gillian Leng is an Honorary Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and King's College London. With a career spanning over 30 years, she has held senior roles in healthcare research, management, and policy, including serving as Chief Executive of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Her expertise bridges clinical practice, public health, and evidence-based guidelines.

Leadership roles include trustee of the Guidelines International Network and strategic advisor to WHO. She has advised on healthcare funding, antimicrobial resistance, and public health systems.
