Ghada Baz

Ghada Baz is Associate Professor and Associate Chair of the Integrated Business Degree Program at the University of Central Florida's College of Business. She holds an MBA from Georgia State University and is completing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at UCF.

Her research focuses on leadership, team dynamics, diversity, individual differences, and workplace incivility. She teaches Strategic Management Capstone, International Management, Business Ethics, and Project Management, where she serves as lead instructor.

Baz received multiple Teaching Incentive Awards and recognition for creating affordable course materials. With international consulting experience at Ernst & Young, she has served clients in Egypt and the UAE across public and private sectors.

Her publications examine age dynamics in the workplace, dark personality traits, leadership's role in mitigating burnout, and intergenerational team management.
