Prof. Dr. Gerhard Seher is a full professor of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Legal Philosophy at the Freie Universität Berlin since 2011. His academic journey includes a doctorate (1999) and habilitation (2007) from Münster and Jena Universities, with prior roles at Rostock, Leipzig, and other institutions. He holds the venia legendi in his disciplines and teaches courses like Property Crimes and Criminal Law Philosophy.
