Gerhard Seher, Professor at Freie Universität Berlin's Faculty of Law, specializes in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Legal Philosophy. He habilitated at Friedrich Schiller University Jena (2007) and has held interim professorships at multiple German universities before joining FU Berlin in 2011. Since 2023, he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Law and Vice President of the Turkish-German University Consortium.
