Gerhard Raven

Gerhard Raven is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Particle Physics with a focus on (Astro)-Particles Physics. His research spans multiple areas including CP violation, baryon physics, and meson physics, contributing significantly to high energy physics research.

Professor Raven's work centers on fundamental particle interactions, symmetry breaking phenomena, and rare decay processes. His research fingerprint shows significant contributions to Center of Mass Physics (100%), Detectors Physics (86%), Meson Physics (83%), and CP Violation Physics (47%). He actively contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals through fundamental scientific research.

His recent publications demonstrate cutting-edge research in particle physics, particularly in charge-parity symmetry breaking, rare baryon decays, and precision measurements at the Large Hadron Collider.
